Nordfab Expands Nordfab Now® with New Dallas Shipping Location
Nordfab Ducting has expanded its Nordfab Now® program with a new shipping location in Dallas, Texas, strengthening support for Authorized Dealers and customers across the South Central United States.
The new Nordfab Now Dallas location serves:
Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas and New Mexico.

By positioning inventory closer to jobsites, the Dallas expansion helps reduce transit times, lower freight costs, and improve overall project responsiveness for dealers and contractors throughout the region.
Nordfab Now® was developed to help ensure ducting is never the reason a project slows down. The program includes more than 900 Quick-Fit® ducting components in inventory, representing over 93% of annual parts ordered. Qualifying orders received by 2:00 PM EST ship the next business day.
The Dallas location adds several advantages for Nordfab’s qualified Authorized Dealers, including:
- 1–3 day faster transit times
- Lower average freight costs
- Increased inventory depth on high-volume items
- Faster response to layout changes and unexpected project needs
- Greater support and flexibility for contractors and end users with ducting access from Dallas
Nordfab’s approach combines inventory availability with manufacturing flexibility. In addition to stocked inventory, Nordfab maintains ready-to-run materials and production capacity for custom and made-to-order components.
The expansion also reinforces Nordfab’s long-standing dealer-first model:
- Nordfab does not sell direct
- Leads are generated and routed through the Authorized Dealer network
- End-users and contractors remain the dealer’s customer
“Our goal is simple: help our qualified dealers win more work with less risk,” said Nordfab Ducting President Erik Olshall. “The new Dallas shipping location gives dealers and their customers faster access to the products they need while helping improve schedule confidence and reduce freight-related delays.”
Nordfab products are manufactured in ISO 9001-certified facilities and supported by application engineers, regional sales teams, and digital tools including QTO®, QSO®, QFV™, Revit families and NordCAD®.
For dealers and contractors, the result is greater flexibility, faster turnaround, and improved confidence when planning and executing projects.
