Using a scrubber to remove dust

The venturi particulate scrubber PS 24000, 21,600 m3/h airflow capacity. suitable for all Kst values, compliant with NFPA 68, No explosion suppression devices were necessary from the grinding booth to the scrubber.

Fully welded mild steel construction sandblasted and painted,  water recirculation pump, centrifugal fan 45 kW, Ex’e’, sparkproof, Hydrogen gas removal fan, control panel with 45 kW VSD, including  all necessary valves and piping, a sludge drain (manual) and mist eliminator.

The grinding booth was 1 m (L) x 5.1 m (W) x 2.9 m (H) Galvanised sheet metal construction 1 mm, fluorescent lights, clear PVC strip entry door and ducting system (Galvanised), made up of 600 mm diameter duct.
