The Nordfab Queensland team has installed a new eCono 15000 18.5kW dust collector, with pneumatic slide dampers that open & close with the machines, for a leading Australian Garden product supplier.

The Australian designed and manufactured Nordfab eCono 15000 is the perfect dust collector to tackle medium size dust loads with this collector connected to a six head SCM moulder, four head tenoner, two CNC machines, a saw and a spindle. Nordfab set the dust collector on a custom-made stand specifically designed so that the client is able to drive a front-end loader underneath.

The eCono 15000 is feature packed and is the most energy efficient unit on the market. Unmatched performance for energy consumed from our modern high efficiency fan, producing powerful suction of 15000 m3 /h @ 2800 pa. Fitted with a 18.5kW WEG CE quality motor.

Nordfab supplies the latest generation variable speed drive together with a pressure transducer that will sense changes in the airflow required in the main duct and automatically decreases the fan power when machines connected to the system are not being used.

The rotary valve directly deposits waste bin, this allows the waste bin to be emptied without the dust collector being shut down & production stopping Fifty top quality 550 GSM Anti Static needle felt, snap lock, leak proof filter bags are fitted into this eCono Dust collector.

The bends are lobster back gore lock construction. The gore lock construction adds considerable strength to the bend was still providing a smooth internal finish. As Nordfab Modular Ducting simply clamps together it also cuts down installation time by 50% saving customers labour costs.
