We are pleased to announce the sale of the Ezi-Duct Pty Ltd business on 28 April 2022. From this date Ezi-Duct will trade as Nordfab Pty Ltd.
The purchase of the business will provide customers with an international operation that can provide your clean air needs. The founder of Ezi-Duct, Mr. Wayne Dockerill, will remain with the business as a consultant, whilst the remainder of the Nordfab Pty Ltd management team remain in place – it is business as usual.
With an increased awareness of delivery time and transport costs being crucial in the ducting business, we see a great opportunity with this acquisition to grow our market while remain close to our customer base. Making it easy for our customers to find us will continue to be of importance to us as it is part of our Fast, Friendly, and Reliable strategy.
