Dry Spray booth

The Nordfab range of Dry Spray booths are constructed from bolt-together sheet metal panels. Dry paper filter media is fitted into the filter wall. The media is suitable to filter many
paint and adhesive products. Spray booths are supplied complete with axial extraction fan(s).

Best suited for operations involving low to medium volumes of spray painting, especially with solvent-based or water-based paints. Commonly used for coatings that do not produce large amounts of overspray or hazardous fumes.

Wet Spray booth

The Nordfab range of Wet Spray booths are constructed from bolt-together sheet metal panels. Contains a water curtain, these water curtains capture overspray and particulates, pulling them into the water stream for effective removal. The filtration system components, including pumps, filters, and nozzles, are constructed from materials resistant to wear and chemical damage, ensuring long-lasting performance and minimal maintenance. Explosion-Proof Lighting to enhance safety, especially when dealing with flammable paints and solvents, the lighting fixtures within the booth are explosion-proof and sealed against moisture and chemical ingress.

Ventilation Ducting made from robust materials like galvanised steel or stainless steel, ensuring efficient removal of fumes and maintaining a clean working environment. Exhaust Fans made from high-quality exhaust fans constructed from durable materials ensure effective air movement and the safe expulsion of contaminated air.

Wet Spray Booths are ideal for high-volume spraying or operations using coatings that produce significant overspray, sticky residues, or hazardous particulates, suitable for more demanding applications.
