Mild Steel 2 mm 30 Degree Segmented Bend

Nordfab's Mild Steel segmented bends allow airflow direction change in a run of a duct and are being used in process ventilation, dust collection, and fume extraction systems. Nordfab Mild Steel segmented bend features a 2 mm or 3 mm thick wall that can tolerate abrasive materials and are designed for challenging dust collection / ventilation applications. The Mild Steel ducting components are available with painted surface or with stainless steel construction, which is well suited for extraction in commercial kitchens.

• Steel quality SS1312.
• Strap Edge.
• Base and top coat in RAL 7032 grey, 50 microns.
• Max. working temperature of the surface treatment is 80°C.
• For assembly of duct and fittings with clipped edge use FSFE or FSDB clips.
• The dimensions Ø 100-300 mm is pressed execution then segments built.
• R (radius) = 1.5 x d (diameter).
